These tips include several that have been covered, along with spending thirty minutes planning out your day each morning, take five minutes to go over what you plan to cover in emails and phone calls, putting up a do not disturb sign when work needs to be done, eliminating distractions like Facebook, and practicing not answering the phone and emails.
